Masters of Science Fiction

Pros of Science Fiction is an American television anthology series by the Very Same creators as Masters of Horror. The show debuted for a run of four incidents at 10PM on ABC on August 4, 2007. It had been scheduled to operate in six parts, however, two episodes were taken out of the schedule for reasons. The show follows a similar format with each hour long episode taking the form of a short film adaptation of a story by a member of the science fiction community, hence the Experts from the name. In Canada Space picked up the show Back in December 2007. This subsequently allowed the North American premiere of those two episodes. A Region 1 DVD of all six episodes have been released on August 5, 2008. On February 1-2, 2012, the Science Channel began broadcasting the episodes, under the name"Stephen Hawking's sci fi Pros", beginning with the earliest domestic broadcasting of the event"Watchbirds". The show is from physicist Stephen Hawking.
