Shiver

Santi, a student having a reaction to sun, is driven by his own health to proceed together to a shadowy, isolated village in the mountains of Spain with his single mother at which the inhabitants start to reveal themselves xenophobic. When violent events start to occur, Santi becomes first a pariah at school and then suspected by law enforcement of murders. Santi himself, nevertheless, wonders if he is perhaps not another victim.
