After witnessing a botched robbery attempt, Donnie Yen Chi-Tan, a hair-trigger cop, flees with Rosamund Kwan Chi-Lum, a prim lawyer. The cops believe they are the perpetrators, while the true criminals (including Mortal Kombat star Robin Shou) believe they are the ones who stole the riches.
