After young Kirra (Bindi Irwin) leaves her Australian home to summer with her grandfather (Beau Bridges) at South Africa, she soon finds a baby orca stranded at the lagoon near her grandfather's run down seaside amusement park. She even also names the whale Willy--and also embarks to lead the small guy back to his pod.
