Based on a Japanese manga,"Kanna-San, Daiseikou Desu," this storyline revolves around Kang Han-na (Kim Ah-jung), an overweight phone sex employee and secret vocalist for Ammy, a renowned Korean pop singer who lip soaks because she cannot sing. Han-na undergoes an extreme makeover after getting humilitated publicly with an ungrateful Ammy.
