My Own Worst Enemy
NBC aired My Own Worst Enemy in 2008. 9 episodes aired from October 13 to December 15. UMS produced the series. David Semel directed and executive produced with Jason Smilovic. The final episode ended with a cliffhanger and unresolved plotlines. The series followed Edward Albright, an American secret agent, and his cover, Henry Spivey. Albright (Christian Slater) was implanted with a chip that allowed his handlers to change his personality. Albright's personas switched randomly in the pilot episode, revealing his secret existence to his alias. Henry was pushed into Edward's perilous existence with only cell phone video messages to communicate. General Motors sponsored the show, and the 2010 Chevrolet Traverse and Camaro appeared as characters' cars.
